The Talega Specific Plan update may include changes to development standards, permitted uses, maps, and design guidelines in order to be consistent with the implementation of the City’s General Plan, Coastal Land Use Plan, and State Law. The proposed project does not anticipate any amendments to the City’s General Plan or its affiliated documents.
This meeting will begin with a quick presentation from staff describing the changes proposed, followed by a discussion for members of the public to provide comments related to development standards and design guidelines that implement the General Plan.
