The purpose of Block Parties are to foster a sense of community in your neighborhood. It is a great way for neighbors to meet and keep in touch with one another. Homeowner’s are able to be reimbursed up to $400.00 for Block Party items (stipulations are on the rules sheet).
If you would like to have a Block Party, please submit the following no later than 2 weeks before your scheduled Party:
1. Pre-Block Party Application (click here)
3. Invitation list (names & addresses)
You may send them to Marcy.Maulorico@fsresidential.com or drop them at the TSAC office. Management will review your forms and let you know at that time if you party is approved or not.
Following your event, please turn in the following within 2 weeks after your block party:
1. Post-Block Party Sheet (click here)
2. Receipts totaling up to $400
3. 4 Photos of the event
