ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION NIGHT NOV. 16TH
Talega Maintenance Corporation’s 22nd Annual Meeting of the Delegates will occur on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. The purpose of the Annual Meeting of the Delegates are to elect three (3) positions to the Board of Directors each for a three-year term.

7:00PM – Annual Meeting Begins

At least 30 days before the meeting, the Inspector(s) of Election will deliver, or cause to be delivered, ballots to members along with instructions on how to return the ballots. The Association’s current Election Rules are posted on the homeowner portal, and at the on-site office bulletin board.
Ballots must be received by mail no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 8, 2021 at the Inspector of Election’s Office at Schonwit Consulting Group, 151 Kalmus Drive, M-3A, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. The ballots will be counted on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club.
