The 2023-2024 Budget Packets for Talega Maintenance Corporation were published in the Talega Homeowner Portal on February 28, 2023.
Instructions to view the Budget Packets, as well as additional assessment information, can be found at Talegatoday.com under the “Assessment Information” tab within the “For Residents” drop-down menu. You may also click HERE to learn more.
Please note the new budget goes into effect April 1, 2023.
Please review the budget specific to your home and plan accordingly to make any needed adjustment for your new rate to go into effect with your current payment method.
