The May Delegate Meeting has been canceled. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd at 7:00 p.m. at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. Please note that the May and August meetings will be combined into this single session.
Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.
Delegates will vote on a key Bylaw amendment to ensure all votes are counted and to enable future electronic voting. Please review the attached materials, including previous meeting notes, ahead of this important decision.
