Reminder, it is each TMC Member’s individual responsibility to ensure that assessments are paid in full and on time, and to verify that all payments, whether made by ACH (automated clearing house), online banking, mailed check, or other method, are properly processed.
TMC and its management team are not responsible for monitoring individual Member accounts or generally confirming receipt of payments on behalf of any Member.
To avoid late fees, interest, or further collection action, we encourage you to:
- Review your TMC statements monthly;
- Confirm that your ACH or online payment method is properly configured and active;
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available in your payment account;
- Regularly check your Association account balance and payment status; and
- Immediately contact management if you suspect a payment issue.
As a reminder, late, partial, or missed payments are subject to late charges, interest, legal fees, and possible further collection efforts. If notices are ignored further collection activities may include a lawsuit and/or lien and eventual foreclosure of your home.
