The Talega Maintenance Corporation (TMC) Board of Directors is considering several important policy updates and invites all Members to review and provide feedback before adoption at the October 14, 2025 Board Meeting:

• Bylaw Amendment & Election Rules – Clarifies Delegate responsibilities, permits electronic voting, addresses reconvened meetings, and ensures Member votes are carried forward even if a Delegate is absent.
• Enforcement Guidelines & Fine Schedule – Updates violation notice procedures, hearing rights, and introduces a tiered fine system with higher penalties for health and safety impacts.
• New Master Paint Schemes – Expands the approved exterior paint palette to modernize the community while maintaining architectural harmony.
