Talega Herbicide Use Ad Hoc Advisory Committee Recruitment
Dear Talega Delegates,
We are currently seeking volunteers for the Talega Herbicide Use Ad Hoc Advisory Committee. The primary objective of this Committee is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of herbicide use and practices within Talega. Additionally, the Committee will assess the feasibility of alternative strategies for herbicide/pesticide use.
To form the Committee, the Talega Board of Directors will review interest forms and select members for appointment. We welcome all Delegates to consider volunteering, and encourage individuals with an open-minded approach and a willingness to consider different perspectives.
The Committee will focus on the following areas:
1. Evaluating existing herbicide/pesticide usage and practices within the Talega Community.
2. Conducting research and analysis on alternative strategies for herbicide/pesticide use.
3. Developing recommendations for implementing alternative strategies.
4. Assessing the feasibility, potential impact, and costs associated with proposed alternatives.
5. Presenting the findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors for review and consideration.
