If you had electronic bill pay with the previous management company, please check to see if you signed up for electronic bill pay with our new management company, GrandManors. Assessments changed on April 1st, so make sure you are logged into the resident portal and ensure your charges are correct. • Make sure the box that says “Assessment Charges” is checked • Make sure your routing and account information is correct • Make sure you are signed up for electronic bill pay • If you are not signed up for electronic statements, you will receive a statement in the mail.
