Assessment Update
Dear Talega Resident,
If your HOA account is past due, you should have received a letter in the mail. In the letter, we included a copy of your current statement for your review and instructions to sign up for the GrandManors portal and ACH electronic payment should you be interested.
If you were utilizing electronic payment with the previous management company, you must sign up again via the GrandManors portal HERE.
You have a few options to bring your account current, one of which is to log in to the portal HERE and make a one-time electronic payment. Second, you can call GrandManors at 855-947-2636 and make a payment over the phone. Lastly, you can always mail your payment to the address listed on the statement.

GrandManors Transition Information
We understand that you may still have questions following the management transition and we are here to help.
For any questions please contact our Resident Services Center by phone at (855) 947-2636. The Resident Services Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. When reaching out, please be prepared to provide us with your account number and the name of your community association.
The Talega Swim & Athletic Club management team is also here to help at 100 Calle Altea, San Clemente, CA 92673. The Clubhouse phone number is (949) 361-8466 and our email is TALEGA@ciramail.com. We are open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Sunday. We are closed for lunch from 12:00pm – 1:00pm on weekends.

Free Disaster Preparedness Training
Join San Juan Capistrano CERT for free Disaster Preparedness Training on Thursday evenings for 6 weeks from April 11th to May 16th from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. The Final Exercise and Graduation will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 7:30am to 1pm at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club.

Tot Lot Progress
The tot lots are being transformed into state-of-the-art play areas for all young residents, complete with updated equipment, safer surfaces, and improved accessibility. The project will provide spaces that will encourage Talega children to run, climb, and explore in safe and stimulating environments.
Above is the current progress at Via Zamora Park. The expected completion date for Via Zamora Park is Thursday, February 29th. The next park to follow is Avenida Fresas Park which is set to begin construction by Thursday, February 29th.

Volunteers Needed
Hey Talega Homeowners! What’s the easiest way to give back, improve our beautiful community and make a difference? Join a committee! If you have a passion for the community and want to spend time with fellow homeowners on helpful initiatives each month, please consider applying for our Enforcement Committee.
The Enforcement Committee is seeking 1 volunteer. Every committee member has an important role in building a great community. Join Talega’s Enforcement Committee and be a part of making a difference.

Committee Details: - Meets are on the third Thursday of each month for 2-3 hours in the evening

- Supports the Board of Directors in maintaining an aesthetically harmonious community
