Assessment Statement

‌

We recognize that transitioning to a new management company will have some challenges and Talega did experience this with the delay of the initial assessment statement. Unfortunately, January’s delivery date is running later than expected. 

The good news is that this problem has been solved and going forward homeowners can expect to receive their billing statements about the 23rd of each month. 

Those homeowners that have placed their accounts on the ACH auto debit will not receive a statement but an e-mail instead that will link them to their electronic statement.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this transition. We are confident that this change will bring about improved services and enhanced community management that will serve the best interests of all residents.

GrandManors Transition Information

We understand that you may still have questions following the management transition and we are here to help.

For any questions please contact our Resident Services Center by phone at 
(855) 947-2636. The Resident Services Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. When reaching out, please be prepared to provide us with your account number and the name of your community association.

The Talega Swim & Athletic Club management team is also here to help at 100 Calle Altea, San Clemente, CA 92673. The Clubhouse phone number is (949) 361-8466 and our email is TALEGA@ciramail.com. We are open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Sunday. We are closed for lunch from 12:00pm – 1:00pm on weekends.

Volunteers Needed

Hey Talega Homeowners!

What’s the easiest way to give back, improve our beautiful community and make a difference? Join a committee!

If you have a passion for the community and want to spend time with fellow homeowners on helpful initiatives each month, please consider applying for our Enforcement Committee.

Committee Details:

  • Meets are once per month for 1-2 hours every first Wednesday of the month. Additionally allow 1-2 hours to study the Agenda provided between Friday and Wednesday before the meeting
  • Reviews violations and helps conduct hearings with homeowners
  • Provides guidance on important homeowner matters in accordance with CC&Rs

Every committee member has an important role in building a great community.

The Design & Review Committee is seeking 1 volunteer.

Committee Details:

  • Meets are on the third Thursday of each month for 2-3 hours in the evening
  • Reviews Homeowner submitted architectural revisions
  • Supports the Board of Directors in maintaining an aesthetically harmonious community
