The DRC offers monthly complimentary mini design workshop consultations of 10-15 minutes in duration with Talega’s consulting architect. Contractors and designers are welcome to attend with homeowners. Spots are limited and appointments are required. • Fast and Flexible Online Payments! Make one-time payments via the portal using your bank account or credit card (small fee for credit cards). Payments post within 72 hours, depending on weekends and holidays.
• Bank Bill Pay Made Easy! Use your bank’s bill payment system, but note it may take 10–14 business days to post.
• Mail-In Option! Send a paper check to the address on your statement, allowing up to 14 business days for processing.

Want to be better prepared during an emergency? San Clemente’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) offers free disaster preparedness training this fall to help residents respond effectively to disasters.

CERT members learn about disaster preparedness, basic first aid, fire safety, light search and rescue, and how to assist emergency responders when needed.

Classes are held Monday and Thursday evenings from September 15th to October 2nd from 6:30PM - 9:00PM at Dana Point City Hall. The final exercise and graduation will be held on Saturday, October 4th from 7:30AM - 1:00PM.

Whether you want to be hands-on or simply more informed, CERT is a great way to help your community and stay prepared.
