Assessment Payments

We are in the midst of an important Management Company change and understand that there are many questions about how the monthly HOA Assessment Payments are billed and paid.

First and foremost; homeowners will not be penalized for late payments during the transition period. The ACH/Auto Debit payments you had with FirstService Residential have been deactivated.

Staff will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, November 6th through November 12th at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club to assist with ACH / Auto Debit signups.
