The TSAC will have some amenity closures this weekend due to the Harvest-Oktoberfest event. Please observe the picture above for specifications. We apologize for any inconvenience. The Talega Specific Plan update may include changes to development standards, permitted uses, maps, and design guidelines in order to be consistent with the implementation of the City's General Plan, Coastal Land Use Plan, and State Law. The proposed project does not anticipate any amendments to the City's General Plan or its affiliated documents.
This meeting will begin with a quick presentation from staff describing the changes proposed, followed by a discussion for members of the public to provide comments related to development standards and design guidelines that implement the General Plan. Talega Maintenance Corporation's 22nd Annual Meeting will occur on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021 at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect 3 positions to the Board of Directors each for a three-year term.

Effective 11/1/21, the address for remitting assessment payments will change. If you pay your assessment via check, money order, or your bank's online bill pay system, please update the mailing order to:

This new address will be reflected on your November 2021 assessment statement. Please use the remittance coupon to mail your check or money order to the new mailing address.
If you utilize your bank's online bill pay system, please ensure that you log into your account and update the payee information to reflect the above.
