Talega Facilities Open/Closure Status

The COVID-19 virus has impacted our world and all facets of life. FirstService Residential, Talega’s Management company is closely monitoring the latest information from the California Department of Public Health, Governor’s Office, County of Orange and other governmental agencies. The health and safety of our residents and ourselves is our priority. Please read on for our current open/closure statuses for the 1st quarter of the new year.

Talega Clubhouse:

  • The physical Clubhouse is currently closed to Talega residents. Although, Management is here for you. There is a help window in the hallway before the pool gate. Please ring the bell for a staff member to come assist you. You may visit the help window for any inquiries, drop-offs, key fobs, gate transponders or to take a look at the paint pallets. Masks are required when visiting the clubhouse help window and paint pallets. Management is in the office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, management will be unavailable from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm for lunch. For any property related emergencies outside of the office hours, please call the 24/7 Customer Care Call Center at (800) 428-5588.
  • The Clubhouse and Terrace Room are unavailable for any reservations or bookings. Management is not allowing residents, visitors, or any gatherings inside the Clubhouse. Only staff members are permitted. All staff members are required to wear a mask and social distance. Please email Lifestyle@talegatoday.com for any questions or concerns about facility reservations.

TSAC Pools:

  • The Resort Pool, Lap Pool, and Splash N Play are all available to use at your own risk from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm. The Lap Pool is heated year-round and the Resort Pool is heated April – October. No reservations are required until further notice.
  • Non-Talega residents, parties and/or social gatherings are not allowed at this time.
  • Restrooms are available.
  • Masks and social distancing are required.
  • Comply with all posted signage for 6 feet requirements and COVID-19 symptoms.

TSAC Tennis and Volleyball Court:

  • The Tennis Court and Volleyball Court are both available to use at your own risk from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm. Reservations are required. Please call the Clubhouse at (949) 361-8466 to request your time slot. You can only reserve a date 3 days in advance. You may leave a voicemail with the TSAC Clubhouse after office hours and your call will be returned the next morning.
  • No more than 4 players allowed.

Parks & Tot Lots:

  • Open to use at your own risk.
  • Restrooms are available.
  • Masks and social distancing required.
  • Group gathering prohibited.
  • Sanitation stations provided for your convenience and safety.
  • Comply with all posted signage for 6 feet requirement and COVID-19 symptoms.

Tierra Grande Pool:

  • The Tierra Grande Pool closed on November 23rd and will re-open again in the Spring.

Saluda Pool:

  • The Saluda Pool is available to use at your own risk from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm. The Saluda Pool is heated year-round. No reservations are required until further notice.
  • Non-Talega residents, parties and/or social gatherings are not allowed at this time.
  • Restrooms are available.
  • Masks and social distancing are required.
  • Comply with all posted signage for 6 feet requirements and COVID-19 symptoms.

Talega Trails:

  • All Talega trails are open

These measures will be re-evaluated as the situation with the Coronavirus continues to evolve. Whenever possible, Talega residents are encouraged to take advantage of Talega’s digital resources for convenience, security, and safety. The Homeowner Portal offers residents the opportunity to download any forms, submit maintenance requests, make assessment payments, and communicate with management.
