2024-2025 Assessment Increase

The 2024 - 2025 Budget Packets for Talega Maintenance Corporation were published on the TalegaToday website on February 29, 2024. Instructions to view the Budget and all other required annual disclosures can be found at www.talegatoday.com under the “Assessment Information” tab within the “For Residents” drop-down menu.

Please note that the new Monthly Assessment of $267 goes into effect April 1, 2024. Please plan accordingly to make any needed adjustments to your current payment methodology.

Have you checked to make sure your assessment payment information is correct?

If you had electronic bill pay with the previous management company, please check to see if you signed up for electronic bill pay with our new management company, GrandManors. With assessments changing on April 1st, make sure you are logged into the resident portal and ensure your charges are correct.

• Make sure the box that says “Assessment Charges” is checked

• Make sure your routing and account information is correct

• Make sure you are signed up for electronic bill pay

• If you are not signed up for electronic statements, you will receive a statement in the mail.
