Delegate Meeting Recap
Thank you to the many Delegates that were able to attend the Delegate Meeting on March 29th! For those of you that were not able to attend, the meeting featured Amelia Herndon-Steen, Senior Water Efficiency Specialist & Landscape Architect with Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD), who discussed important topics such as water conservation, current rebates, landscape programs, and special events. Committee Volunteers Needed
Community togetherness can be fostered by active involvement, and what better way to achieve this than by volunteering! We are seeking dedicated and passionate homeowners to serve on our various Talega Committees. You can learn more about each committee below and consider joining us in creating a stronger and more vibrant community!
Design & Review Committee - one current volunteer opening!
The Design & Review Committee overlook Homeowner submitted architectural revisions. Following the Architectural Guidelines, the committee supports the Board of Directors in maintaining an aesthetically harmonious community.
Enforcement Committee - one current volunteer opening!
The Enforcement Committee reviews Homeowners violations and provides guidance to the Board of Directors in Homeowners hearings in accordance with TMC?s Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.
