Join us for Talega's Sip & Paint: A Night in the Great Outdoors on Wednesday, July 17th from 5:30PM to 8:00PM at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club.

Join us for an evening of themed refreshments, sipping and painting! Participants will be painting a scenic outdoors & camping inspired landscape.

Gather your neighbors and host a summer block party! Communities can claim up to 4 block party reimbursement opportunities per year! ($400 max reimbursement amount)

Join us for Talega's 2024 Summer Concert Series at Calle Altea Park from 6PM-9PM on select dates.

The third concert will feature L.A. Vation. on Saturday, July 27th. 

Imagine a Rock and Roll Tribute show, so realistic, it will overwhelm your senses of sight and sound. L.A. Vation is that band, and U2 its inspiration! Based in Los Angeles, the entertainment capitol of the world, L.A. Vation derives its name from the hit song "Elevation", the third single released from U2's 2000 album, All That You Can't Leave Behind.

FLY: The theme for this week is “FLY”. This summer camp is full of fairies, friends, wishes and dreams. The girls learn about being a true friend, and how friends can help each other to follow their heart, and make their dreams come true. In this camp girls will do lots of crafts, and create their own magical fairy world!

Schedule: Monday, June 17th – Thursday, June 20th 10:00am – 12:30pm

BEAUTIFUL: The theme for this week is “Beautiful”. The girls will learn about all of the beauty of America as they travel through its landscapes with the Statue of Liberty. On top of that they will discover the beauty that is found in America’s freedom, friendly faces, hard work, and unique talents. America is beautiful because of its people. America is beautiful because of each girl and what she contributes in her own way.

Schedule: Monday, June 24th – Thursday, June 27th 10:00am – 12:30pm

Common Questions

• The cost is $200 per camp
• The girls will learn 3-4 songs during camp
• Camp days will be spent making crafts for props or scenery, learning songs and choreography, reading books and doing various activities that go along with the theme
• The performance is a reader’s theater structure based on a children’s book that goes along with the theme. There will be narration parts as well as singing and dancing. It will be performed once for parents, siblings, etc. at the end of the week
