Submit an application to host a neighborhood block party! Complete an application, submit it and once approved you have the opportunity to be refunded up to $400 with approved receipts. Deadline to submit an application to host a Halloween block party is Friday, October 20th if you are hosting a block party specifically on Halloween otherwise it’s a standard 2-week notice for block party applications. Write a letter to Santa and drop it off in his BIG red mailbox to be delivered directly to the North Pole. Due to weather conditions, and making sure your letters stay dry, Santa has relocated his mailbox this year. It will be placed in the covered patio behind the little library in front of the clubhouse.

Volunteer Opportunities
We are excited to announce that we are actively looking for volunteers to join the newly established Talega Branding & Communications Ad Hoc Committee! As Talega approaches its 25th anniversary, both the TMC and TLC Boards are dedicated to revitalizing Talega's overall brand presence, including marketing, communications, branding, and more. The committee will delve into every design element that shapes our community, including colors and fonts. Additionally, we will assess and enhance various communication channels, such as the community website, newsletters, e-blasts, and social media platforms. If you possess expertise in marketing, communications, or real estate, we invite you to apply and be a part of this exciting initiative!

Transition to a new Management Company
November 1st is the formal transition date, and in the coming weeks GrandManors will be sending a detailed letter to each homeowner with their new account signup information and answers to many of the questions you might have.
