Free Disaster Preparedness Training
Join San Juan Capistrano CERT for free Disaster Preparedness Training on Thursday evenings for 6 weeks from April 11th to May 16th from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. The Final Exercise and Graduation will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 7:30am to 1pm at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club.

The Santa Margarita Water District is hosting a Earth Day Clean Up on Saturday, April 20th from 8:30 am to 11:00 am. This is a great opportunity to earn volunteer hours! There will also be prizes & giveaways!

The Santa Margarita Water District is hosting a Spring Garden Event on Saturday, April 27th from 9:00am to 12:30pm. The event will feature a Landscape Designer Expo which will include demonstration garden tours, designer panel discussion, and garden giveaways.

Pool Update
The weather is heating up and so are the pools! Pool heaters have been turned on at the Tierra Grande Pool and the Talega Swim & Athletic Club recreational pools for the season.

Have you checked to make sure your assessment payment information is correct?
If you had electronic bill pay with the previous management company, please check to see if you signed up for electronic bill pay with our new management company, GrandManors. Assessments changed on April 1st, so make sure you are logged into the resident portal and ensure your charges are correct.
• Make sure the box that says “Assessment Charges” is checked • Make sure your routing and account information is correct • Make sure you are signed up for electronic bill pay • If you are not signed up for electronic statements, you will receive a statement in the mail.
