Master your exterior architectural submittal like a pro! Join us on Thursday, May 8th at 4PM for Wine and Design, where we blend fine wine with a deep dive into Talega’s architectural guidelines, answer your questions and demystify the review process no matter what stage your project is at.

The City of San Clemente is hosting Sensational Springtacular
on Saturday, April 19th from 9:00AM - 12:00PM at Vista Hermosa Sports Park at 987 Avenida Vista Hermosa San Clemente, California 92673. 

Join us for some Easter fun!  Let's kick off the Spring season with egg hunts, games, and activities for the whole family.

The City of San Clemente is hosting SC Social Middle School Event: 4th Annual Color Run on Friday, April 25th from 5:00PM - 8:00PM at Vista Hermosa Sports Park at 987 Avenida Vista Hermosa San Clemente, California 92673. 

Run, walk, or jog through bursts of colorful powder as you make your way to the finish line. Prizes will be awarded to the fastest runners and the most color-covered participants.

After the race, stick around for pizza, color dodgeball, tie-dye, and more! Don’t miss this fun, high-energy event filled with color and excitement!

Santa Margarita Water District Workshops

This is Part 1 of a series on learning how to design a yard using the four principles of gorgeous and watershed-wise landscaping:

1. Build A Healthy Living Soil Sponge
2. Hold Rainwater on Your Property
3. Select Local Native Plants that Minimize Water Use and Maximize Biodiversity
4. Control Your Irrigation

Check out the upcoming Free Disaster Preparedness Training classes offered by CERT. The CERT Program is designed to prepared citizens with the knowledge and skills necessary to help their families, neighborhoods, and communities in emergency situations.

The next class will take place for 1-2 days a week for four weeks on May 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, 21st, 28th from 6:30PM - 9:00PM at the San Juan Capistrano Community Center at 25925 Camino Del Avion, San Juan Capistrano, 92675.

The Final Exercise and Graduation is scheduled for Saturday, May 31st from 7:30AM - 1PM.  

Talega is actively seeking a volunteer to join the Design Review Committee. 

The Design Review Committee is responsible for reviewing homeowner submitted architectural revisions.

Pool Update

The recreational pool at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club and the Tierra Grande pool are heated and ready for the season!

Sport Court Closure

The sport courts at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club will be closed on Friday, April 25th beginning at 2PM and for the remainder of the day for a lifestyle event. The sport courts will reopen on Saturday, April 26th.
