Board Meeting Recap
February 15th, 2023
The Talega Maintenance Corporation Board of Directors held their monthly meeting on February 15th. The full agenda is available to view on the Homeowner Portal. A few highlights from the meeting include: - In preparation for the upcoming summer season, the Board has approved Pool Monitors for all four (4) community pools beginning Saturday, May 27th.
- The Board has approved FirstService Residential's project management division to oversee a variety of 2023 projects including: restroom renovations at all three aquatic facilities, TSAC Splash & Play renovations and Tot Lot renovations throughout the community
- Phase 2 & 3 of the community Painting Project has been approved by the Board for the mailboxes, light poles and transformers throughout the community.
- The TMC Board has finalized the 2023-2024 Association Budget. Residents can expect to receive their budget notices in the mail by the end of next week.

Community Beautification
As Talega ages, community upkeep becomes increasingly important. Over the next several months, we will be looking at each neighborhood and evaluating how we can further beauty the community. TSAC Recreational Pool Refresh
After years of use, the time has come to repair the Swim & Athletic Club Recreational Pool. Working with our vendors, we have successfully re-plastered the pool and replaced the perimeter coping. We are expecting to complete the project in early April, just in time for the re-heating season! Click the button below to check out more about the project.
