Wine & Design

Master your exterior architectural submittal like a pro! Join us on Thursday, February 13th at 4:30PM for Wine and Design, where we blend fine wine with a deep dive into Talega’s architectural guidelines, answer your questions and demystify the review process no matter what stage your project is at.

The City of San Clemente is hosting a SC Social Middle School Event: Valentine's Dance on Friday, February 14th from 6:00PM - 9:00PM at the Community Center at 100 N. Calle Seville, San Clemente, CA 92672. 

Grab your friends and hit the dance floor at our Valentine’s Dance Party! Enjoy awesome music from a live DJ, fun Valentine crafts, games, and delicious food. No date? No problem! This night is all about having a blast with your friends and making great memories. Don’t miss out on the fun – we’ll see you there!

The City of San Clemente is hosting San Clemente Day: Annual Youth Fishing Derby on Saturday, February 22nd from 9:00AM - 11:00AM at the San Clemente Pier, 622 Avenida Del Mar, San Clemente, CA 92672. 

Celebrate San Clemente Day at the Annual Youth Fishing Derby! The community is invited to celebrate the history of the San Clemente Municipal Pier and its fishing legacy. Registration is required to participate in fishing! Equipment rental supplied by the California Department of Fish and wildlife. 

Prizes will be given to the first fish caught, the biggest, the smallest, and the most fish caught. Check-in on Saturday morning at 8am. Rain or shine.

Must be registered to participate.

Santa Margarita Water District Workshops

1. Sizing and siting the rainwater capture area

Safeguarding a $3 Billion Water System 

The Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD) manages a vast $3 billion water infrastructure system, serving nearly 220,000 residents in southern Orange County. With an average annual delivery of 10 billion gallons of drinking water, SMWD plays a critical role in supporting the area's thriving communities.

Talega is actively seeking a volunteer to join the Design Review Committee. 

The Design Review Committee is responsible for reviewing homeowner submitted architectural revisions.
