Master your exterior architectural submittal like a pro! Join us on Monday, January 20th at 4:30 PM for Wine and Design, where we blend fine wine with a deep dive into Talega’s architectural guidelines, answer your questions and demystify the review process no matter what stage your project is at.

The City of San Clemente is hosting a SC Social Middle School Event: Minute-To-Win-It Marathon on Friday, January 24th from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Community Center at 100 N. Calle Seville, San Clemente, CA 92672. 

Get ready for a night of fast-paced fun! Join us for the Minute-to-Win-It Marathon, where you and your team will compete in a series of exciting games and challenges to rack up points. The team with the most points at the end of the night wins a prize! Plus, enjoy pizza, treats, and more games throughout the event. Santa Margarita Water District Workshops

During this webinar you will learn how to:
1. Remove turf without the use of chemicals
2. Replace it with climate-appropriate plantings
3. Apply successfully for a turf replacement rebate

The Santa Margarita Water District is hosting a On-site Tour Rain Water Tank on Saturday, January 11th from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Join us for a 1.5-hour in-person tour of an installed 130-gallon Rain Barrel at the SMWD District Headquarters. Catching H2O instructor will familiarize attendees with materials, aesthetics, sizing, constraints, and options for installing a rainwater harvesting system. Registration is FREE but required. See the details for each class below. Customers are encouraged to participate in all three classes in the series.

Talega is actively seeking a volunteer to join the Design Review Committee. 

The Design Review Committee is responsible for reviewing homeowner submitted architectural revisions.
