We are excited to announce the roll out of Talega's new online paint selection process!
As part of our ongoing commitment to convenience and innovation, we are excited to introduce a new digital tool that will streamline the paint selection process when it comes time to repaint your home. Through the user-friendly online paint selection tool, Talega homeowners can now access the wide range of paint schemes and visualize them digitally from the comfort of home, or even by phone!

Mailbox, Light Post and Transformer Painting Project
Another community-wide project is currently underway! The first phase of painting of mailboxes, light poles, and transformers throughout the community has been completed. We are now in phase 2 of 3, which will continue throughout the year. The overall duration of the painting project is approximately two years, and will be scheduled to reoccur every six years.

Santa Margarita Water District is partnering with Lowe's for a one day sale at the San Clemente location on Saturday, June 24th from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The sale will be featuring 10% off irrigation products featuring the WaterSense label! Associates from Santa Margarita Water District will also be onsite to walk you through the rebate process and answer any questions you may have. Please bring a copy of your most recent water bill and sales receipt.

OC Waste & Recycling Reminder

OC Waste & Recycling is here to kick off your summer refresh!
Take care of the recycling or hazardous waste cluttering your garage. The OC Waste & Recycling Center also has a material exchange program where Orange County residents can choose up to five items per week from a selection of partially use containers of household, yard and car-care products.

Seeking Volunteers

Community togetherness is fostered by active homeowner involvement, and what better way to achieve this than by volunteering! Talega is seeking dedicated and passionate homeowners to serve on our various Committees.
One of our newly established committees is the Herbicide Use Ad Hoc Advisory Committee. We are actively seeking individuals who possess a strong interest in conducting a comprehensive evaluation of herbicide use and practices within Talega. Additionally, we aim to explore the feasibility of alternative strategies for herbicide/pesticide use. If you are interested in joining this committee, please click HERE to complete an interest form.
