Free Disaster Preparedness Training
Join San Juan Capistrano CERT for free Disaster Preparedness Training on Thursday evenings for 6 weeks from April 11th to May 16th from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. The Final Exercise and Graduation will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 7:30am to 1pm at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club.

Via Zamora Tot Lot Complete
The tot lots are being transformed into state-of-the-art play areas for all young residents, complete with updated equipment, safer surfaces, and improved accessibility. The project will provide spaces that will encourage Talega children to run, climb, and explore in safe and stimulating environments. The Zamora tot lot is completed and is open for play! The next park to follow is Avenida Fresas Park which is set to begin construction by Monday, March 4th. Stay tuned for updates and get ready for a whole new level of fun at Talega! Talega Swim & Athletic Club Bathroom Construction
Construction on the upper bathrooms at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club are scheduled to begin on Friday, March 15th and will continue through Friday, May 31st. During construction, the lower bathrooms near the splash pad and the Talega Swim & Athletic Clubhouse bathrooms will remain open. 2024-2025 Assessment Increase
The 2024 - 2025 Budget Packets for Talega Maintenance Corporation were published on the TalegaToday website on February 29, 2024. Instructions to view the Budget and all other required annual disclosures can be found at www.talegatoday.com under the “Assessment Information” tab within the “For Residents” drop-down menu.
