Talega Swim & Athletic Club Recreational Pool Refresh

We are delighted to announce that the Talega Swim & Athletic Club Recreational Pool Refresh project is almost complete! The pool will be available for the community to enjoy beginning Saturday, May 20th!
After years of resident use, the pool has been refreshed with new plastering, coping, tile and lighting. We are looking forward to seeing the community enjoy this beautiful amenity all summer long and for years to come!

Paseo Vista Park Tot Lot Renovation Project

We are also excited to announce that the Paseo Vista Park Tot Lot Renovation Project is currently underway! The project is anticipated to be completed by early June 2023 - just in time for summer fun!
The renovation will transform the park into a state-of-the-art play area, complete with updated equipment, safer surfaces, and improved accessibility.
Thank you to the many residents that participated in the recent Tot Lot Survey! At the Board of Directors Meeting on Tuesday, May 9th, the Board reviewed the survey results and has approved the renovation for the tot lots at Avenida Fresas, Calle Alumbrado, Cazadero and Via Zamora Parks. Mailbox, Light Post and Transformer Painting Project
Another community-wide project is currently underway! The first phase of painting of mailboxes, light poles, and transformers throughout the community has been completed. We are now transitioning into phases 2 and 3, which will continue throughout the year. The overall duration of the painting project is approximately two years, and will be scheduled to recur every six years.

Board Meeting Recap
The Talega Maintenance Corporation Board of Directors held their monthly meeting on May 9, 2023. A few highlights from the meeting include: - The Board approved the formation of an Ad-Hoc Committee consisting of several residents, a board member, and representatives from Management to explore alternative plans for the use of herbicides/pesticides.
- Approved the renovation of the Splash & Play at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club with a new design and exciting features.
- Tot lot renovations for Avenida Fresas, Calle Alumbrado, Cazadero and Via Zamora Parks were approved.
- The Board approved the replacement of three monument signs for the entries of the Miraleste, Montellano and Stella Mar neighborhoods.
- Landscape improvement was approved at Paseo Vista Park to complement the refreshed tot lot structure currently being renovated.
- A volunteer was appointed to the Design Review Committee.
- The Board approved a revised draft of the Architectural Guidelines and, per Civil Code, began the membership review process. The drafted revisions to the Architectural Guidelines can be found within the Homeowner Portal or by clicking HERE.
