Effective 11/1/21, the address for remitting assessment payments will change. If you pay your assessment via check, money order, or your bank's online bill pay system, please update the mailing order to:

If you accidentally paid this month using the old address, do not fret as it will be automatically forwarded to the new address and will do so for the next few months. This new address will be reflected on your November 2021 assessment statement. Please use the remittance coupon to mail your check or money order to the new mailing address. 

If you utilize your bank's online bill pay system, please ensure that you log into your account and update the payee information to reflect the above.

Talega Maintenance Corporation's 22nd Annual Meeting will occur on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021 at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect 3 positions to the Board of Directors each for a three-year term. The ballots will be counted on Tuesday, November 9th, 2021 at 1:00pm at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club.

The Association's current Election Rules are posted on the Homeowner Portal and on the on-site office bulletin board.

TMC has been advised that candidate Nagy Bengiamin has withdrawn their name for candidacy to service on TMC's Board of Directors.

TMC is advising Members by this email blast so that if Members have not yet sent in their Ballot/Proxy, Members can take this fact into consideration when doing so.

If you have already dispatched your Ballot/Proxy, you may "change" your directed vote by submitting a Revised Ballot which you can request via email to:

Your Revised Ballot MUST be delivered by either of the following methods:

1. Mail the Revised Ballot to the Inspector of Elections at the following address: Schnowit Consulting Group, 151 Kalmus Drive, M-3A, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. (Must be received by the Inspector of Elections no later than 5:00PM PST, Monday, November 8th, 2021).

2. Place the Revised Ballot in the Drop Box at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club no later than 5:00PM PST, Monday, November 8th, 2021.

Talega holds a meeting the second Tuesday for every month at 6:30PM via Zoom with the TMC Board of Directors. The Zoom meeting link and password can be found in the Homeowner Portal under Community News or the Event Calendar, a few days before the meeting.

Residents are welcome to attend and stay up to date with what is going on in the community. It is important that all residents know they are always welcome to join and have a voice.

The Tierra Grande Pool is closed for the Winter Season. Additionally, the Talega Swim & Athletic Club Recreational Pool is no longer being heated. Both pools will re-open in April of 2022.

However, the Saluda Pool and the Talega Swim & Athletic Club Lap Pool are heated year-round!
