Talega Maintenance Corporation's 22nd Annual Meeting will occur next Tuesday, November 16th, 2021 at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect 3 positions to the Board of Directors each for a three-year term. The Association's current Election Rules are posted on the Homeowner Portal and on the on-site office bulletin board.

FirstService Residential's address for mailing physical assessment payments has changed

Effective 11/1/21, the address for remitting assessment payments has changed. If you pay your assessment via check, money order, or your bank's online bill pay system, please update the mailing order to:
PO Box 30354, Tampa, FL 33630-3354
If you accidentally paid this month using the old address, do not fret as it will be automatically forwarded to the new address and will do so for the next few months. This new address will be reflected on your November 2021 assessment statement. Please use the remittance coupon to mail your check or money order to the new mailing address.
If you utilize your bank's online bill pay system, please ensure that you log into your account and update the payee information to reflect the above.

- Sports Court reservation requests may only be made through the Homeowner Portal. Reservation requests or changes are not taken over the phone. For help creating your Homeowner Portal account, click here.
- The player's phone number, email and the desired sport they want to play must be provided in the "Additional Information" section in order for your request to be approved.
- You are making a reservation request and this does not guarantee your time slot. Please pay close attention to the "Request Pending" and "Request Approval" emails you receive. Your time slot is NOT confirmed until you receive a "Request Approval" email. It is highly suggested to keep hold of your confirmation email in case there is any confusion with other players.
- Management approves reservation requests during office hours. If you request a reservation after our office hours (5PM) that is for that night or the next morning before our office hours (9AM), you may arrive at the Sports Court and see if it is available for use.
- Please make sure to be considerate of players with reservations after you and exit the court when your reservation is over, as well as placing the Pickleball net on the side of the court when you are done using it. Management also encourages players to be generous and share the other half of the court with walk-ons, if the other half of the court is not in use.
