Annual Meeting

Talega Maintenance Corporation’s Annual Meeting will occur on November 15th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club. The meeting will provide an overview of the community's growth and goals for 2023, as well as a brief overview of the role and purpose of both Delegates and Talega Maintenance Corporation as a whole. We welcome you to attend!

Interested in getting more involved with your community? There are neighborhoods still in need of Delegate representation as well as an open seat on the Enforcement Committee. Street Sweeping

Are you aware of the street sweeping schedule for your neighborhood? Please click the button below for a full street sweeping schedule. We welcome you to review the dates listed to ensure that the streets are ready and open for the street sweeping vehicles to properly clean the area. Beautiful streets help make a beautiful community!

Reminder: Please trim parkway street tree(s) so that there is clearance for street sweeping vehicles. Property owner(s) shall maintain trees so that there is a minimum 8 foot vertical clearance over any sidewalk, bikeway or trail, and a minimum 13 foot vertical clearance as measured from the top of the curb to any portion of any tree. Winter Pool Status

The TSAC Reactional Pool and the Tierra Grande Recreational Pool heaters have been turned off for the season (until the week before spring break 2023). The TSAC Lap Pool and Saluda Lap Pool remain heated year-round. Click the button below to find our more about all the facilities within Talega.

You may have noticed painting of mailboxes and light poles in various neighborhoods. This beautification project is continuous and is being completed in phases to ensure each neighborhood is refreshed!
