Board Meeting Recap
The Talega Maintenance Corporation Board of Directors held their monthly meeting on July 11, 2023. A few highlights from the meeting include:- The Board approved the revised Architectural Guidelines, which can be found within the Homeowner Portal as well as on the Architectural Page (talegatoday.com/architectural).
- The Board approved the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year End Audit Report and directed Management to dispatch a copy to the Membership, as required by the CC&Rs.
- A new volunteer was appointed to the Enforcement Committee.
- The Board approved Phase 6 of the trip hazards, grinding, and patching project for the Portofino, Terra Linda, Talega Village, Monterey, Pacifica, and Bella Vista neighborhoods as well as the entire length of Avenida Talega from Vista Hermosa to Tierra Grande, all of Avenida Vista Hermosa from Avenida La Pata to Avenida Pico, and Avenida Pico from the Porticos to Camino La Pedriza.
- The Board approved the landscape renovation of the Pedriza corner entry of Corte Mira Vista and Corte Tierra Bella.
- The addition of a rolling gate was approved at Altea Park, in order to have the ability to close the current fence opening that is by the tot lot.

Election Information
The Talega Maintenance Corporation Election will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, to elect two members to the TMC Board of Directors for three year terms.
The Board of Directors is comprised of representatives elected by the membership (homeowners). The Board of Director’s role is to supervise the properties of the corporation, approve and oversee budgets, and make decisions which strive for the betterment of the corporation in accordance with the legal documents.
If you are interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors, please complete the Board of Directors Candidacy Statement which can be found at the Talega Maintenance Corporation Homeowner Portal.
