Talega Maintenance Corporation Director Election

The Talega Maintenance Corporation (TMC) Election will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, to elect two (2) members to the TMC Board of Directors for a three- (3) year
term. The Board of Directors is comprised of representatives elected by the membership (homeowners). The Board of Director’s role is to supervise the properties of the corporation, approve and oversee budgets, and make decisions which strive for the betterment of the corporation in accordance with the legal documents.
How Does the TMC Election Process Work?
A neighborhood delegate system was set in place to assist in achieving quorum for the election. The requirement for quorum is 25% of the voting power of the corporation. State law requires a ballot with a two-envelope system. It is important for members to complete and mail in their ballot in the envelopes provided. There will be a Meet the Candidates
Night at the Delegate Meeting on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, and the votes will be counted immediately following the Annual Meeting/Election on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. An election notice and ballot will be sent to all homeowners in advance of the Annual Meeting. We strongly encourage your active participation in this election.
