Thank you to the many residents that participated in the previous Tot Lot Survey! At the Board of Directors Meeting on Tuesday, May 9th, the Board reviewed the survey results and has approved the renovation for the tot lots at Avenida Fresas, Calle Alumbrado, Cazadero and Via Zamora Parks as well as our Splash & Play area at the Talega Swim & Athletic Club.
The parks are being transformed into state-of-the-art play areas for all young residents, complete with updated equipment, safer surfaces, and improved accessibility. The project will provide spaces that will encourage Talega children to run, climb, and explore in safe and stimulating environments. Stay tuned for updates and get ready for a whole new level of fun at Talega!
Exciting updates are underway in Talega! Several projects are currently in progress to maintain and improve the beauty and functionality of the community. Please view the renderings of the parks and Splash & Play area below to see what is to come! The anticipated start date is Fall 2023.
The Via Zamora Park is expected to be completed by Thursday, February 29th. All of the parks are expected to be completed by Sunday, March 31st.
