Talega Maintenance Corporation Director Election

The Talega Maintenance Corporation (TMC) Election will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. There are two (2) open positions in this election to serve a three-year term. The Board of Directors is comprised of representatives elected by the membership (homeowners). The Board of Director’s role is to supervise the properties of the corporation, approve and oversee budgets, and make decisions which strive for the betterment of the corporation in accordance with the legal documents.
