- All of your vehicles should be moved out of the area prior to the start of construction daily. This mean if you need to use your vehicle that is parked in your garage or driveway, it must be moved out of the area prior to 7:30 AM and may not return until the barriers are removed by the contractor.
- DO NOT ENTER: Entering the street area is dangerous and unadvisable. Potential damage or injury to person(s) and/or vehicle could result. Pedestrians please use community sidewalks.
- RESCHEDULE ANY DELIVERIES: Delivery trucks and other vehicles will not be able to access the streets once work begins.
- TRASH PICKUP SCHEDULE: Trash pick-up is tentatively scheduled for normal pickup; However, services may be subject to changes or delays. Please plan accordingly.
- PARKING RESTRICTIONS: If you need your vehicle during planned work days, please relocate your vehicle out of the work zone.
- DO NOT PARK:
- “NO PARKING” areas
- Within 25′ limits
- Along red curbs
- Within fire lanes
- In front of driveways
- IRRIGATION REMINDER: Please turn off all irrigation systems the day before, the day of, and the day after your scheduled street resurface and overlays. This allows the pavement to cure properly and helps ensure the best possible finish.
- PLEASE PARDON THE DUST: Street resurface and overlay operations may create temporary dust during the application process. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this important maintenance work is completed.
