The 2026 Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors for TALEGA MAINTENANCE CORPORATION is coming up. The Association is attempting to have a Board of Directors election by acclamation.
The main purpose of the Annual Meeting will be to elect two (2) Members to the Board of Directors by Membership vote to serve a three (3) year term each.
If you are interested in being a candidate for the Board of Directors, please submit this form and your written qualifications (Candidate Statement) on a separate sheet of paper. These documents will need to be received by the Inspector of Elections, c/o Accurate Voting Services, no later than the deadline of Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in order for your name to be printed on the ballot. The ballot, along with your Candidate Statement, will be included with the balloting package mailed to the membership if acclamation is not achieved.
If, at the close of the nomination period, the number of qualified candidates is less than or equal to the number of Board positions to be filled, the Board of Directors may, after voting to do so, seat the qualified candidates by acclamation without mailing ballot packages.

Please allow for processing time if you use USPS delivery in order to meet the deadline of Monday, July 20, 2026, by 10:00 a.m.
Each member has a right to verify his or her personal contact information by the deadline noted above to receive candidacy statement forms and to ensure that all Members have an opportunity to review their personal information at least thirty (30) days before ballots are mailed.
