Light up the Night Holiday Street Decorating Contest

How to Enter
1. Assign one leader to register your street. (Accepting entries: Dec. 1st-13th)
2. Send an email to talegalc@ciramail.com and include the following:

leader’s first & last name, street address, community name, phone number, email (4) detailed photos of your street/block showcasing the decorations.
3. You will receive a confirmation after entering your street into the contest.
4. Deadline to enter is December 13th. Winners will be announced via e-blast & social media and contacted directly via email.
Talega elves will be driving the neighborhood and will vote on the winning streets. Top 3 Talega community street/block winners from will receive an additional block party reimbursement opportunity that can be claimed in 2025. Multiple streets/blocks from the same community can enter. The leader who entered the contest on behalf of their street/block will be able to claim the block party reimbursement opportunity in 2025.
Holiday Decorating
Section II, Item M, of the General Guidelines of the Talega Maintenance Corporation Rules, Regulations and Policies state: Holiday lighting or decorations are permitted without DRC approval and may be displayed not more than thirty (30) days prior to and removed within 15 days after the holiday.
Holiday lighting or decorations are not permitted on association Common Areas, including but not limited to streetlights, street signs, walls, monuments or other common area property.
