Project Holiday- Holiday Decorating Block Party
TLC is offering neighborhoods a “Holiday Decorating Block Party” reimbursement opportunity for approved applicants with qualified receipts showing supplies purchased specifically for your holiday decorating block party! ($400 max reimbursement amount).
Approved purchase supplies include: lights and holiday decor!
Participating streets/blocks will be automatically entered into the Light Up The Night contest.
All applicants must apply first and will receive a confirmation once approved.

Holiday Decorating
Section II, Item M, of the General Guidelines of the Talega Maintenance Corporation Rules, Regulations and Policies state: Holiday lighting or decorations are permitted without DRC approval and may be displayed not more than thirty (30) days prior to and removed within 15 days after the holiday.
Holiday lighting or decorations are not permitted on association Common Areas, including but not limited to streetlights, street signs, walls, monuments or other common area property.
