STREET REPAIRS, VEHICLE ACCESS & TRASH PICKUP SCHEDULE

Dear Residents, 

As part of the upcoming street repair work in our community, please take note of the following important information: 

  • The TSAC parking lot will be closed on Friday, June 13th. Walk-in traffic to the clubhouse is available, with parking on Calle Altea. 
  • Vehicle Access: All vehicles must be moved in or out before 7:30 AM on construction days to avoid being blocked by crews and equipment.
  • Package Deliveries: Please schedule all deliveries (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.) outside of construction days, as delivery trucks will not be able to access the streets once work begins. 
  • Trash Pickup: Trash service will be affected on the dates listed below. On days when service is available, please:
    • Either hold your trash to the following week. Or, if pickup is necessary, CR&R requires homeowners to contact them directly to request early service (phone#)

Community Schedule: 

  • Montellano – June 18: Request early pickup 
  • REVISED: Farralon Ridge – June 25: Request early pickup 
  • Pacific Summit – July 2: Hold your trash or request early pickup from CR&R (phone #)
  • Careyes:
    • July 8: Calle Sonador – No trash pickup
    • July 15: #37–69 Calle Careyes – No trash pickup 
  • Terra Linda:
    • July 22: Calle Los Corales, Plaza Del Sol, Plaza Cabana, #100–104 Via Malaga – No trash pickup
    • August 5: Request early pickup
