Over the next week, San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) will conduct drone inspections of overhead electric equipment to help ensure system reliability.
What to Expect
- You do not need to be home for the inspection.
- If SDG&E cannot access equipment due to locked gates, animals, or other obstructions, they will contact you to schedule an appointment.
- Drone pilots will carry SDG&E Company ID badges.
- Power will remain uninterrupted during the inspections.
