Event Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is in effect. If a reservation is cancelled a FULL 14 days prior to the event, you may receive a refund. If no cancellation is given your household would be placed on the “No call/No show list” and be considered non-compliant. There is a waiting list of households that would like to attend and could potentially fill your spot if a cancellation is received. Cancellations must be in the form of an e-mail to Talegalc@ciramail.com. No further changes or revisions will be made to the registration 48 hours prior to the event date. Transferring tickets to another homeowner is NOT permitted.
