As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining Talega’s high standard of appearance, scheduled gate maintenance will begin on the following dates:
• Lucia Neighborhood- Thursday, June 11th: Lucia pedestrian gate on the trail at 37 Via Conocido and the Lucia vehicle gates at Camino Viento Fuerte and Via Conocido and on Wednesday, June 17th at the gates located at Camino Tierra Grande and Calle Viviana.
• Careyes Neighborhood- Friday, June 12th: Gates at Calle Careyes and Avenida Talega, as well as the vehicle exit gates at Avenida Talega and Camino Viento Fuerte.
• Vittoria Neighborhood- Monday, June 15th: Gates at Avenida Talega and Camino Tierra Grande.
• Catania Neighborhood- Monday, June 15th: Gates at Avenida Talega and Camino Tierra Grande and Tuesday, June 16th on gates at Camino Tierra Grande and Via Garona.
• Altura Neighborhood- Wednesday, June 17th: Gates at Camino Tierra Grande and Calle Viviana.
Minor repairs and a full repaint will be completed to give these entry points a clean, renewed look. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the community experience.
