STREET REPAIRS, VEHICLE ACCESS & TRASH PICKUP SCHEDULE

Dear Residents, 

As part of the upcoming street repair work in our community, please take note of the following important information:  

  • Vehicle Access: All vehicles must be moved in or out before 7:30 AM on construction days to avoid being blocked by crews and equipment.
  • Package Deliveries: Please schedule all deliveries (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.) outside of construction days, as delivery trucks will not be able to access the streets once work begins. 
  • Trash Pickup: Trash service will be affected on the dates listed below. On days of street maintenance and trash pick-up, please:
    • Hold your trash to the following week or if pickup is necessary, CR&R requires homeowners to contact them directly to request early service (877) 728-0466

Community Schedule: 

  • Terra Linda:
    • TRASH PICKUP SCHEDULE: Per CR&R, place cans the night before for an early morning pick up on Tuesday 7/22, 7/29 and 8/5. If you miss the early pickups on those days, hold your trash until the next week. Please note due to access restrictions, there will be no trash pickup available for 100-104 Via Malaga on July 22nd; and all homes on Plaza Cabana on July 29th.
