Ocean views are not a guarantee for every property. Please refer to this section from Talega’s CC&R’s below:
8.16. View Obstructions. Each Owner acknowledges that any construction or installation by Declarant, any Guest Builder, or the Master Association may impair the view of such Owner and hereby consents to such impairment. Each Owner acknowledges that there are no guaranteed views within the Properties, and no Lot or Condominium has assured the existence or unobstructed continuation of any particular view unless a Supplemental Declaration specifically provides otherwise.
