A quick reminder about our street parking rules to ensure a pleasant community for everyone. The Talega Maintenance Corporation has arranged for patrols to monitor our streets for rule violations.
Here’s what you need to know:
- First to Fourth Violations in a Calendar Year: You’ll receive a written warning notice (a ticket).
- Fifth Violation and Beyond and all Subsequent Violations: Your vehicle will be towed.
Notwithstanding the above, a vehicle is subject to immediate towing, without warning, if it is:
- Parked within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, CA Vehicle Code 22514
- In a designated marked red zone, CA Vehicle Code 21458
- Within a designated posted fire lane sign zone, CA Vehicle Code 22500.1
- In a manner which interferes with any entrance to or exit from the Properties or any Lot of Condominium in the Properties
